Peace! My name is Edena, I am the creatress, diviner and healer behind Au Natural. I started my journey looking for alternative health options for my severe asthma. Learning about holistic healing led me to practices of honoring Spirit within all but most importantly within myself. For years I have studied and cultivated my craft so that I can assist others on their journey into natural health and self-care. As a Spiritual Coach and Diviner, my main goal is to create a sacred space for everyone, no matter where you are in your spiritual journey.
